Shipping Policy

At Modesta, we aim to dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining quality checks. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Courier & Delivery Partners

Modesta ships orders within New Zealand using trusted courier services, including:

  • NZ Post
  • Aramex

Courier selection may vary depending on location and parcel size.

2. Ready-to-Ship Items

Processing & Dispatch Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Time:

  • Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the courier and destination.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods beyond our control.

3. Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are dispatched within approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on supplier availability and shipping schedules.
  • Estimated dispatch timeframes for pre-order items are provided on the relevant product pages.
  • Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

4. Extended Supplier Timeframes

Some items may require up to 3 weeks for processing due to supplier lead times.

Where applicable:

  • This will be clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to meet estimated dispatch times, Modesta is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs or clearance delays (if applicable)
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the courier.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Modesta is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided.
